      Great people to work with, lots of valuable experience for fresh grads, hands-on design and manufacturing experience, a culture of learning by doing

      Cons

      no work-life balance, hard work and value is not reflected in performance appraisals, benefit structure for employees needs major overhaul, a real lack of senior level leadership.
