      Great training but poor management

      Pros

      They trained the staff well, they have patient trainers, this is perfect if you’re entering into the recruitment industry and you want a really good background, it is sales heavy so you gain a lot of character in that type of environment.

      Cons

      They are driven by stats, they have a very toxic culture. The CEO writes emails poorly. There are no benefits, besides the school benefit. They also have commission, but it feels like pulling teeth.
