      This is not the only agency.

      Cons

      I was told to work Saturday or there will be no more work for me. On returning to client I asked if they had me down for next week. They advised I was not on the list. But they confirmed they need drivers. So agency have stopped me working? I would call this blackmail. Especially when my planner made a threat to my.

      Good wage, career progression, company bonus and commission, dealing with reputable firms, transferable skills to progress outside of company

      Cons

      Work/life balance, working weekends, on calls, holiday periods are busy periods (unable to take Christmas off and have to work most bank holidays)
