Pros
The customers are fantastic. The main products are excellent quality. The staff at middle management and below are creative, collaborative, smart, and fun people. It's a great place to come to work everyday. It is an excellent place to get your first job in a technology company.
Cons
The Senior Leadership Team are slow to make decisions and lack a company or product vision/strategy. There are some truly incompetent people at this level who, for some reason, continue to stay employed while other more competent people are restructured out of positions. Talented and loyal staff have become disillusioned and left. The pay is low.
