Pros
Great atmosphere and people to work with, lots of social events and fun things in and outside the office. Flexible working arrangements and upward movement, but those who are there longer get more out of them. Agile teams and training, great interntal IT team and support.
Cons
Employer contribution to Kiwisaver is taken out of salary, which was low to begin with. This is legal, but not the spirit with which Kiwisaver laws were written. Education products/teams seemed a bit out of touch with real educators and students. Job description/interview did not focus on what the job actually ended up being. Didn't utilise all the skills staff bring which led to me feeling undervalued.
