      Pros

      - loads of money to spend on marketing. - not much else. Poor working atmosphere. No trust with management. Everyone sucking up so they dont get fired. Not a nice place.

      Cons

      - political - favouritism - hire / fire without reason - look to pay themselves as much as possible and give poor increases to those that actually do the work.
