      Close to home Competitive rates off pay Good set off lads on the shop floor Good break times Good facilities break room vending machines ect Toilet and break facilities are kept to a clean standard

      Lack off up to date tools Having to work with rockwool. As a welder/fabricator it's not something I enjoy having to work with. It makes me itch and sneeze ...

      Wages aren't too bad. Close to home. Good breaks throughout the day.

      Cons

      Constantly waiting for material. Not enough time to complete jobs to the spec needed. Not enough tools to do the job.
