      Headcount 100 plus - Over 400 staff turnover in 4 years

      Some staff good. Good product.

      Cons

      Read headline .. over 400 staff left in 4 years with a total headcount of roughly 100+ over 2 sites. Verified by multiple sources internally and externally. Same HR. The mess the company been left in by prior quality management teams with roughly 2 years back log of reporting.

      Pros

      The guys and girls on the shop floor. The support given by the other trades personnel. Early finish on a Friday.

      Cons

      No support / training in place for those that are in key positions. Dismissive of current personnel whom are better qualified, trained and experienced that those in managerial positions. Placement of personnel in roles that they are not suited for and have been a cause of many of the legacy issues. Failing to recognise and act upon better ides to improve the working methods when given by shop floor personnel. Contradictory management / leadership so you don't know what is expected. Quick to get rid of people with immediate effect.

      Close to home Competitive rates off pay Good set off lads on the shop floor Good break times Good facilities break room vending machines ect Toilet and break facilities are kept to a clean standard

      Cons

      Lack off up to date tools Having to work with rockwool. As a welder/fabricator it's not something I enjoy having to work with. It makes me itch and sneeze ...
