1. low pay (interestingly the owner claims the working environment is like a family) 2. high turnover 3. a lot of office gossips 4. family business - rigid and traditional culture, hierarchical, job advancement and good products will be handled by relatives of the owners/management team - low chance to have job promotion 5. management doesn't have far-reaching vision and strategies 6. bad working culture - avoid job duties
