Pros

Good people and a suite of products, some of which work well. Fair overall compensation and a decent culture.

Cons

I just came from the 2024 kickoff and it’s going to be a really challenging year, maybe even impossible. The sales focus this year will make it very hard for me to make my compensation target. My boss says one thing to the CEO and something else to the team, which is disingenuous. There is a strategy to fix what’s broken with some of the products, but I don’t know if it will make a difference this year. The rumor is that the company is up for sale and based upon recent layoffs and exits my sense is it’s being prepared now.

Pros

It was good place to work till 2022. Employee friendly administration, transparency career way, good work-life balance.

Cons

The greate cons, which lead me to post this comment is currently attitude company to people. It fired out ALL russian workers in one day without any explanation, without fair compensation. They fired out people who had worked there more than 15 years. This is a very despicable act.

Pros

There are really no pros at this time. There are still some good people there - including the person who hired me - but most are gone, whether as a result of a layoff or leaving on their own.

Cons

Fortunately, the worst mistake they every made - the former CRO is gone. But the culture has gone from wonderful to toxic. They cannot keep up with product development which impacts sales and customer success.
