Pros
The workload is light and the store manager is very helpful and guided me to familiarize everything in the shop.
Cons
The management is not employee-friendly. The owner itself will intimidate you if you can't catch up with the fast paced environment real quick. Plus, they will command you to work in different locations without any gas miles reimbursement.
