Pros

High salary means...... you sold yourself to the devil.

Cons

Hillarious people management. They will force you to "WORK FLEXIBLE" from wakeup till you die! Ofcourse they won't say sorry and use the "user oriented" words as a shield to humiliating you till you sick of it. What's your role? OH IT DOESN'T MATTER! Since you're here means should to be up to challenge and do extramiles, you should to do ANYTHING you could. No matter what role it is. you are an HR? you could be CS as well. you are a marketing? you could make a website as well. you are a creative? you could have a sales goals as well. you are an UI/UX? you could be anywhere and be everything as well. How about your Sanity? Have you ever heard about Stockholm syndrom? Most of employee in here has stockholm syndrom. Why? Because C level use gaslighting and flexing method to crack your mental health. But, this company product has a very great mission "TO HELPING PEOPLE" well...... in business terms, what I can say? Helping people but never do user research, once someone did, never be heard. Or, some will just appreciate a lot, but he is deaft.

Pros

There are many positive things you can learn from this company: For management things: - you will learn how to work in very fast phase environment - you will learn how to develop features very fast - you will learn how to "move fast and break things" (break many things) - you will learn how to micromanage people - you will learn how to do some "politics" - you will learn how pretending to be positive in very negative environment - you will learn how pretending to be happy - you will learn how to keep your smile in front of your boss For engineering things: - you doesn't need to create best quality codes, just code and make sure it works and you're done - if your code doesn't works, you will learn how to throw your mistakes to others, like maybe, create some bugs, create some issues and let other engineers do the rest, don't worry you will be still rewarded due to your very fast development attitude - you doesn't need to have great skills here, just code fast! - don't worry about mistakes, you can do some mistakes but if more than twice and you will learn how to keep your smile - you have great jobs in engineering ? you still have to do some "politics" here, and don't forget to always pretending to be happy, it's important! You can't play some politics? Then you are useless, even you have some great jobs that you have done before! - you will learn how to create bad codes, well, to know how to create good codes, sometimes we have to know how to create bad codes right? And the last is..you will learn how to "survive" from all of these things, and basically if you want to "survive" there is only one way, you must be one of them or at least almost like them

Cons

Pros

1.Bunch of people who think that they are smart enough and experienced enough to lead the team. 2.A very good HOD who will not listen to you at all. They 'always right'. 3.Easier for you to survive and being promoted if you always stay-back even you are actually NOT productive AT ALL. Being an always stay-back person is a hardworking person in the HOD's eyes.

Cons

Same as above. Please read carefully.
