Air Conditioning, Semi-clean and latest electronics equipment. Fairly flexible schedule and somewhat family friendly in terms of family related time off.
Cons
The Managing Director (aka Owner) works you like a dog, but pays you less than you are worth and feels you are not worth what you are being paid and you should work harder, longer, more. You are not treated with respect, especially if you are a woman. This is NOT a woman friendly environment. The leadership on down treats women in this office like they are just their to make coffee, clean the bathrooms and answer the phones. In fact the men in the office never do any of those three tasks EVER! The Managing Director will use the F bomb frequently if you ask a question or request task direction more than once. A person will be called stupid or implied as such frequently or treated as an incapable person if you offer any suggestion which would imply that anything other than the MD's way is NOT the correct, proper or logical and ONLY way to perform a task, or thinking. I do not recommend working for or with this company unless you are completely self-absorbed in your own abilities and feel you are far more superior than any other person. Then and only then would your ego be big enough to surpass the person currently running this company. Good luck!
