      Nice peers Standard hours (but don't be a minute late!) Good lunch options nearby (I'm trying to say something nice)

      Cons

      Industrial revolution era HR mentality on dress policy, flex hours, vacation policy, "clocking in On TIME!", etc. Executive management has no direction Compensation is low Benefits are poor IT procures technology on eBay (literally) No respect Exec management fights openly Not open to change culture, rules, or policies Much information is held secret from Exec management (I never knew if we actually made a profit) Penny wise dollar foolish Heavy cronyism

      Thanks for the feedback. I can assure you that we will continue to evaluate our compensation and benefit offerings. As far as showing up to work on time, our schedules and hours are set to best meet our client needs so we ask our employees to clock in on time for their scheduled work hours. If an employee has a responsibly that interferes with his/her hours, contacting HR to discuss possible accommodations is recommended. Our business casual dress policy is comparable to most other companies but we are open to suggestions. I’m sorry that you did not have a good experience here and I hope you have found something that is a better fit.

      Where do I even began. This company is horrible. There is no training at all for any position in this company. But god forbid that you come across something that you are not sure how to do. You will be told that you are unprofessional for asking for assistance and explaining exactly what information you are needing to understand what is being asked of you. You will be accused of stealing time from the company and/or client if you take to long. But that goes back to but you asked for help and nobody is there to assist you. Once you bring it up to your supervisors or a supervisor that is also pointless, they all work together so they will tell you that they are here for you, but no one in management seems to know how to do anything they are asking of you to do. Everyone is so lost on these cases or task, but want to reprimand others for not knowing. when again NO TRAINING. Project Managers drop the ball on multiple occasions but will blame it on the PC for not some how coming up with information that was never given to you. But they will not admit their flaws they will simply tell you that it is your responsibility to basically do your job and theirs because they seem to be too incompetent to handle anything. Now let's go back to the no training. Not only do they not train you on any step along the way, but then they over work you but have a fit if things aren't done correctly. Procedures are sloppy and nobody seems to know what the right way is. One dept. will tell you one thing but then it will come back to you if not done the way the other dept. does it. Management is completely horrible. Nobody does anything, and please don't ask them to because they ignore you. And act as if you didn't ask anything at all.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on training. I’m not sure how long you worked here and that may make a difference in your training. I know that when COVID hit virtually your whole area and other company departments moved to work at home. We then were working under 100+ different roofs. Once we really realized the work from home was not short term, we started setting up TEAM and other methods to facilitate operations including training. We have learned that it did not work as well as we hoped. We are and will continue to evaluate these processes. I wish I had more information, such as – you mention ‘supervisor’, but I understood PC’s reported to PMs, so were you a CA before becoming a PC? And if yes, did that help you or not help you. Anonymous information is hard to decipher. It appears you are no longer with A.B. Data. If not too much trouble I’d appreciate it if you could contact me directly so I could gather more information.       A company for short-term entry level people needing a stepping stone

      Convenient location near the freeway and major bus lines

      Management is terrible! Combative & completely disinterested in staff development or company advancement - they are ONLY interested in saving their own skin and will throw anyone under the bus in order to do so. Absolutely INSANE Human Resources leadership. Better suited to running a prison than a professional workplace - just read some of the "responses" to the feedback on Glassdoor! - Utterly and completely out of touch!

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The freeway and bus line convenience is nice. And I am glad we were able to be the stepping stone you needed while you advanced your career. I am sorry you found our management so terrible and think they are not interested in staff development. One of the unique things about this company is the high percent of employees who have advanced and promoted, and some from the bottom of the ranks to the top. A lot of our managers have mentored not only their team members but also folks elsewhere in the company, and some of our management may have been nurtured along their way; while others prepared themselves for advancement by learning new jobs or functions, or through education venues. I wish you would have given information on why you think Human Resource is insane, or why you think our culture is toxic. Specific examples or situations would have been helpful. I would really like more information. I would appreciate it if you would contact me directly and share more information. You do mention that the company is only about what serves their agendas. Actually, what our company is about is serving our clients, who we consider our partners. Our focus is to fulfill their business needs. We strive to achieve great things for our clients. We focus on the client’s agenda and work to complete every item on their agenda to the best we are able and to exceed their expectations. That is our agenda.
