      They give you free lunch, Edi good place to sit

      Cons

      But parallely with pros when it comes to their earnings (as their business model is Google admob revenue) if there is change in revenue they will fire good and experience develop to cut their cost rather they are senior and working with them from last 5 or 10 years. Favoritism is very highly there. There is not any good product they are just making copies of apps with new packaging

      Lunch and transport which will not help you to save your career growth blockage and feelings of anxiety you get everyday going to a toxic workplace and dealing with toxic micromanagers

      Toxic work culture Favoritism and discrimination No work life balance Micromanagement Non technical project managers for a big tech team No respect for basic values No basic educational requirements which makes it easy for unprofessional and unethical people to join and stay at company
