Great health, dental and vision benefits. A lot of encouragement to travel to other office locations in Melbourne and Berlin.
Cons
Favoritism and lack of opportunity for growth. It felt like it was always the same people being praised and thanked instead of making the effort to thank and acknowledge the people who work incredibly hard at the "lower levels".

Company direction is unclear, acquisition has changed company culture for worse, no upward mobility especially for support, which is the only place with diversity in company.

Free snacks, decent benefits, gym access.
Cons
This started out as a really nice place to work, over the last few years I was there it started to decline. Lots of bad choices in management hiring, current customer support employees and managers not being treated right. The company started to go corporate a few years back and everything changed. I think this is a good place to get a career started for one year and then best to leave.

99designs is everything a startup (if it can still be called that after 10+ years) should be! A passionate workforce who by and large truly believes in the company's mission, wonderful people who work hard and have a lot of fun, and a real sense of ownership and accountability among every employee. Salary was good, benefits were excellent, and coffee was absolutely outstanding!
Cons
Not every employee in SF (where I worked) gets to visit headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. Sigh!
