Pros
Lots of good people who care a lot about what they are building and who they are building it for. Primarily a product company, engineering and product is fast moving and interesting. Minimal politics and good values around work/life balance (at least for the Australian offices). In my experience pays well and looks after employees.
Cons
As a fast moving company priorities can change quickly. Management sometimes needs prompting for helping people progress their career paths. Some legacy technology / technical debt (PHP), but being proactively addressed and balanced by new stuff in Golang/Ruby.
