It was a miserable place to be with a bunch of miserable people who know they aren't payed well, don't want to be there. The whole attitude of the place is fake. It's full of loudmouth over assertive and inconsiderate people who are filled with greivances about the company. People who think if they shout at eachother really loud in the hallways, to try and show they're enjoying themselves, that somehow hides the fact that they;re being paid nothing and no one wants to be there. The whole place has a lingering air of desperation.

Poor and unqualified management. It's actually shocking. They are absolutely terrified of other competent workers and will drive then away due to their own insecurities. Unqualified staff for administrative positions. The whole culture is toxic.
