Using outdated Crm. if your in sales you will get drained due to the fact your spending more time doing admin work then selling but you still have a quota and you have to make sure customers pay renewals and you have to do all the support stuff. Management is super cheap. They run the office like a classroom. They mess up commission and sales guys steal each other leads or deals. The culture here is terrible.
