      Micro-managed and treated without respect

      Some of the colleagues were great people Some of the Exec Board were great

      Cons

      Chief Legal and Compliance Officer had an aggressive, micromanaging style and alienated staff. The Exec Board did not feel able to support staff with this but would sympathise and acknowledge her behaviour in private

      The pay is good and the equipment

      Cons

      They expect you to sell boilers at every property you go to by having a 'chat' with the customer. If management don't like you they'll make things up to get rid of you
