Playing words. Tell you can have flexible working hours but actually it’s other team or management not you. Can WFH, you can WFH during your AL/Medical Leave. Not transparent, they will discuss things behind you and no one gonna inform you unless you ask for the answer. Like to call but not understand their slang. Like to raise their voice. Normalise OT, but for me it means low production. You go back on time they’ll bad mouth you. Got trust issue, Old school. You might force to entertain them, bad culture. If you’re not joining they will mad at you. Think of their office is great and very proud of it, but compare to other companies, theirs is nothing. Just a sofa there. Salary not on time and lots of excuses. The boss will tell you they are modern don’t believe it, they are not and very emotional. Be careful. No guidance, will ask you to use google, ask you to wait, they expect you smart enough like them doing same things in the same company for few years. No allowance, AWS, or performance bonus.

Overall sucks. No communication skills. Not recommended for fresh graduate or people who looking for work life balance. No allowances. No bonus. Salary good but not worth it for mental health.
