      - innovative product team that is always pushing the boundaries - flexible work hours / vacation / benefits / remote work - ability to work in whatever area you feel most comfortable and room to grow to new areas if you desire

      Cons

      Nothing overly notable or out of the norm. It is a fast-paced environment. We are always working on improving the teams and processes.

      - Awesome environment to work - Communicative people, easy to deal with adverse situations - Helping culture, you never get stuck for too long

      Cons

      I don't know if it is a con, but a fast environment requests people that respond quickly to problems. If you are a person who takes too long to find a solution or respond to a problem, you may find the environment overwhelming. The rule of thumb is: you are not alone. If you are stuck, reach for help.
