Pros

There are none, you are over promised on the leads you'll get and compared to others who have warm leads and closing all these deals while you're dealing with the coldest leads around for their account v shred.

Cons

Poor management, overpromised on commissions, no support. They also started charging people 5k for a job to go thru their "training". Don't waste your time or money with the company

High-level training & support – The coaching and resources are next-level, helping you constantly improve as a closer. 4. Opportunities for growth plan from closer to management to coaching.

Cons

1. Not for those who lack drive – Everything you need to succeed is provided—training, coaching, tech stack, and inbound leads—but you still have to show up, put in the effort, and execute consistently. 2. Self-motivation required – Since it's a 1099 role, your success depends on your ability to manage your time and close deals.
