Pros

Only pros in joining 159 solution is the 'IQVIA' tagline which gets added on resume. Fairly, if you don't care about technology and personal life, you can be here for as long as you want working on excel and healthcare (oncology only)

Cons

The list is pretty long. There's absolutely no work life balance. People here work from 9AM to 12 night. This is considered as 'sign of good consultant'. Onshore team is absolute waste! You'll be attending client calls at 10PM along with onshore team and client. Point being, what's the need of onshore team if offshore has to be part of midnight client calls? There's 0 technology enhancement here. You'll be hearing lots of positive things but still work on excel ! They work as a separate entity with just IQVIA as a brand logo, which is very misleading. People here mostly belong to non cream branch of IITS and NITS which are good in communication but absolute 0 in technology implementation.

Pros

- Great work life balance if you are at Sr C and above - Half of the people are either unstaffed or don't do anything - Team atmosphere - IQVIA benefits are good, they do pamper you a lot with 45 days of leave and other stuff - Job security - You are not going to be kicked out unless you do something on moral lines. Heck, you may even get a market correction for just doing nothing

Cons

- You end up working on niche projects which needs zero advanced tech skills. Exiting from here is going to be difficult - No projects, let's do internal initiatives! Seriously, not every one wants to do your stupid initiatives. India leadership should understand this. Stop forcing people to join stupid things like Hobby groups - Incompetent India leadership - Probably one of the worst set of leaders in India. They should start working on projects rather than sitting and judging people. Who thinks that it is a great idea to create a slide of Pune attractions so that people will come back to office. Well, I guess this is what happens when you have a senior leader who keeps promoting people who runs hobby groups to Principal level
