      Old school and bad management

      Pros

      Okay people, Working from home and location of the office is good.

      Cons

      Office is pretty boring, just work space without extra for the employe not even a place to seat that is not your work station. Bad management, direct managers are bullies and have no idea how to manage the employees. Salaries are super low compere to the market. Product is super old and boring, HR will "Sell" it as something nice and cool. Bottom line is that you always feels like you are on the "Losers" Team with this company.

      Salary is not competitive and up to date with the market Horrible management; Managers do not go through training and it shows Most employees don't have a relevant academic degree No clear career path HR and managment procedures are not reflected to the employees Happy on the outside, gloomy on the inside

      Great company, a bit unorganized but growing

      Monthly 10bis card. Company vacation twice a year. Great people, very friendly and open.

      Cons

      Company is still growing so it’s suffering from being understaffed and not well structured (they are working to change that).
