A fabulous Care Inspectorate score!! 🎈 At a recent Care Inspectorate inspection, our West of Scotland team achieved 5’s across the board for four key questions, and we couldn't be prouder! Our West of Scotland Operations Director, Mark, noted that, "It’s been a real Team effort, and the office staff and carers received some phenomenal feedback which goes to show how good they are and that the service is moving in the right direction. Our Regional Manager, Kirstie, was also instrumental throughout the inspection, she really led from the front and supported the service from start to finish. Massive thanks also to our Governance Team, Carol Perkins and Lorna Easton, for their continued support and direction over the last year." We are so proud of the team for their hard work and dedication. It has truly paid off, and this score is a perfect reflection of that! 🌟...Show more
