We’re energized and ready to elevate the trades and transform the lives of the tradespeople we serve. Our focus for 2026 is to double down on our core value of being fact-based and metric-driven, guiding every decision with data and purpose. A special shoutout to Chuck Eason, our Chief of Staff for the Central Florida Market, who shared inspiring stories about how we’re changing technicians’ lives and why the best skilled tradespeople in the industry choose Apex. We celebrated another record-breaking year in 2025 and are setting the stage for even greater success in 2026. In just six years, we’ve expanded into the 50 largest U.S. markets across 46 states. We wrapped up our Q3 Apex Partner Services Renewal, our first ever in Dallas, TX, with teammates from across the U.S.! The theme "Improve Through Collaboration" inspired powerful conversations on how we can elevate the trades and better serve the incredible tradespeople who make it all happen. One key takeaway: collaborating within the Apex network is one of our greatest values, you are never alone in this journey. A special shoutout to our field leaders Tyler and Jack for representing their markets in the Atlantic Region and reminding us why we do what we do. We’re proud to celebrate continued record-breaking growth and look ahead to dominating the home services industry in 2025. In just six years, we’ve grown to over 12,000 team members, supporting communities across 45 states and serving more than 15.5 million customers, all backed by leaders focused on helping our teams WIN every single day. In late Q4, Apex celebrated what was a historic day for the trades! As one of ServiceTitan's largest clients, we couldn’t be prouder to see ServiceTitan take this monumental step forward with their IPO. Their software product has been instrumental in helping us transform the trades, improve the lives of tradespeople and better serve homeowners. Their IPO and our successful partnership with them are strong symbolic representations of how we are “elevating the essentials” and gaining the recognition of the financial community as we pursue our mission. Being there with the founders at the stock exchange in December was a truly inspiring moment. It’s a testament to the power of innovation and partnership driving the trades forward. The team is ready to elevate the trades and transform the lives of the tradespeople whom we serve. A special shoutout to our incredible leaders, Ben and Kevin, for representing their markets in the Midwest and Mountain West, reminding us why we do what we do. We celebrated another year of record-breaking growth in 2024 and are preparing to dominate the home services industry in 2025. In just 5 full years, we’ve expanded into the 50 largest markets in the U.S. across 43 states, with over 11,000 teammates supported by leaders who are focused to help them WIN and best serve homeowners every single day.
