Purpose of the RoleReporting to the Minor Contract Manager , you will play a key role in coordinating minor residential construction projects from initiation through to completion. Working closely with occupational therapists, construction contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential construction knowledge who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact within the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position is initially based on-site as part of our collaborative Minor Modifications team. Once established in the role and successfully completing your onboarding period, there may be opportunities for flexible working arrangements where operationally appropriate.
