The Operations Coordinator supports the daily running of the hostel by coordinating guest services, staff schedules, bookings, and operational processes to ensure a positive guest experience and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily front desk and guest service activities.
Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocations.
Assist with staff rostering and shift scheduling.
Monitor occupancy rates and booking trends.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Ensure housekeeping and maintenance teams are properly coordinated.
Maintain operational records and reports.
Support health and safety compliance requirements.
Assist with supplier coordination and inventory management.
Help implement operational improvements and service standards.
Pay: From $7,000.00 per month
