Key responsibilities: Deliver responsive, user-focused support: Provide timely, high-quality support by setting up and maintaining devices and access, resolving issues efficiently, and keeping users informed throughout.
Contribute to a collaborative team: Share knowledge, strengthen communication, and support continuous improvement in a positive, service-focused environment.
Enable efficient service delivery: Prioritise workload, follow processes, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver remote-first support with onsite assistance as needed.
About you
We are looking for a practical, customer-focused IT professional to provide responsive day-to-day support across a broad range of technologies. Based in Auckland this permanent role will support staff across Aotearoa New Zealand and remote working environments, helping troubleshoot issues, resolve requests, and improve the way our people use technology.
You will work with PCs, desktop hardware, mobile devices, collaboration tools, software, cloud services, and Microsoft technologies, while contributing to a supportive team culture focused on reliable service and continuous improvement.
You’ll bring the following:
2–3 years’ experience in user support, service desk, desktop support, or a similar IT support role
A strong customer service mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with people at all technical levels
Sound troubleshooting skills across PCs, desktop hardware, mobile devices, software, and collaboration tools
Experience supporting Microsoft environments a must
Experience supporting Linux and Mac environment an advantage
A proactive, positive approach and a commitment to improving the user experience
A full NZ Driver's License
