Our Albany branch is seeking TWO enthusiastic, customer focused team members who are available to work on a full-time basis. If you’re passionate about delivering great service and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, we’d love to hear from you. This is a permanent role, with 30+ hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding in-store experience by welcoming customers, offering assistance, and building strong relationships
- Provide clear and detailed product information to support customers’ decision-making
- Promptly follow up on any customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Support front-line cashiers when additional help is needed
- Assist with general shop maintenance and provide support to the Sales, Warehouse, and other departments as required
