The Role
This is a fundamental position that will see you responsible for ensuring your portfolio of stores are exceeding sales targets and budgets, maintaining a high level of operational excellence, service delivery and compliance. You will need to have a safety-first approach, making sure all stores adhere to strict health and safety policies and procedures, as well as the ability to drive growth within your store networks.
We’re looking for a leader who excels at bringing people along on the journey. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for keeping your stores inspired and informed—ensuring business performance, operations, and sales activities are communicated with clarity and purpose. This role will be working 40 hours a week, across Monday to Friday. There will be regular travel required across the lower North Island region as well.
