Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of project professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects from $100 million upwards.
• Minimum of 7 years industry experience on large scale vertical construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant construction software and project management tools.
