As a Territory Manager at Suntory Oceania, you’ll own and grow your territory by building strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and delivering best-in-class execution across our portfolio.
Your role will see you:
Drive sales and market share growth across your territory
Build and strengthen relationships with retail and/or hospitality customers
Execute promotional activity and in-store/venue activations
Identify and win new business opportunities
Leverage data and insights to influence performance
Stay close to your customers, understanding their needs and helping grow their business
This is a field-based role where you’ll be out with customers, bringing our brands to life every day.

You’re a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
You’ll bring:
Experience in FMCG, retail, grocery, licensed, or hospitality sales (advantageous)
Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work autonomously
Commercial thinking and confidence using data to guide decisions
Strong planning and organisational capability
A passion for delivering results and growing your career
A full driver’s licence is essential for this field-based role.
