We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

• Building and optimising processes to continue Revolut's for hyper-growth in New Zealand
• Executing and scaling New Zealand operations, working with the local Strategy & Operations team and London HQ on devising detailed playbooks and air-tight feature integrations
• Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
• Proactively searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
• Streamlining the standard operating procedure and continuously improving it to achieve maximum efficiency
• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• A solid track record of achievement
• Experience in a top tech company and/or startup, having quickly assumed responsibilities
• The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
• To enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using SQL, Python, and/or Excel
• To be curious by nature and interested in making an impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute it
