I applied online. I interviewed at yourtown (Brisbane) in Jun 2026
Interview
The process started with an automated email confirming my application had been received, followed by an unexpected screening phone call with no prior notice. I was then invited to a Teams interview, which I felt went well.
After that, I never heard anything back. For an organisation that publicly promotes care, inclusion and support, the lack of follow-up was disappointing and inconsistent with those values. Candidate communication felt poor, and even a basic outcome email would have been more respectful.
