The first interview was an in person interviewing with 2 Directors, 30 minutes each. It included reviewing my background and basic interview questions. The 2nd round was a lunch with the same 2 Directors followed by a presentation in which I acted as an Account Executive and the panel acted as prospective clients. The final round was a meeting with a VP that was another basic interview, reviewing my background, why I am interested in the company, etc.

This process specifically focused on understanding who I am as a person and how I operate. I felt that the interviewers cared to get to know me and evaluate my ability to quickly learn a solution and present it in a way that made sense and seemed well put together.
