They sent me an auto rejection letter that contradicted itself. It said "At the moment we are focusing on candidates with significant experience in particular functional areas and with high monthly capacity to take on clients, as outlined on this page and at the bottom of this email." The were looking for experience with "project management, communications, human resources, talent acquisition, and/or finance," which I have PM (certified), communications, and finance experience. Along with COS experience. I also selected the max amount of hours for availability. Then the rejection later contradicted itself by saying I had too much experience in those areas. Essentially they did not like me as a candidate and instead of giving clear and honest feedback they sent me a form letter.
