The hiring process was extremely unprofessional and changed direction midway. The role I initially applied for did not fully match the position discussed later in the process, which led to some confusion around expectations.
There was also an additional task introduced at a later stage. While I understand the need to assess candidates, the expectations and evaluation criteria were not clearly defined.
Even after seeking clarification, the requirements remained somewhat unclear, which made it difficult to fully align with what was being assessed.
Overall, the experience felt inconsistent in terms of role scope and expectations.
