In case you are still looking: You send them an application with your resume for the Job. Like I applied for Web Developer. They will call you and now you will go through the screening process. There are basically 6 rounds. Round 1: Aptitude, Reasoning and English Paper Quiz. Round 2: Eye Test. You will go through an eye test where you will have to find differences between two images. [About 10 questions] Round 3: Personal Interview. Round 4: Video Conference with the CEO of the company. Round 5: Paper Quiz on HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP/MySQL Round 6: Coding quiz. You will have to complete given challenges in given amount of time. They will call or email you if you get selected.
