I was contacted by someone in HR for a standard personality screening. That was fine. Then went in for an in person interview after a coding challenge. I didn't gel with the personalities. The questions weren't bad but I got the sense that there was snickering and judgement on the "wrong" answers instead of collaboration, or the opportunity to elaborate. They therefore strike me as the place that only accept 1 way of doing things, and I politely turned them down.
