Interviewed by team leader. I had waited for a while and then was invited to a meeting room on another floor. The interview only includes we two and no one else.

Question 1
Asked me to introduce the portfolio and how do I understand the heritage in new buildings. The leader also questioned about the past experience of Mainland projects
very critical and judgmental
Unfriendly
Demanding yet doesn’t seem to have much to offer

Seem to care a lot if someone can thrive under scrutiny and pressure and remain calm
Discouraging
Insisted that I do not know what I am doing in my life…

How is your favorite architect reflected in your own design
Met with director in their office. Was asked a few questions, but it quickly became clear that I was too inexperienced for the position. Director could tell the candidate had not been vetted properly and ended the interview quickly.
