An HR outsourcing company contacted me to schedule a technical interview. Unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. The interview lacked a structured technical discussion, and there was little room for open dialogue. Attempts to clarify or discuss certain points were repeatedly dismissed with phrases like "Let’s not argue," making it difficult to engage in a productive exchange. Instead of a collaborative assessment, the conversation felt one-sided, with little willingness to explore different perspectives. I believe a fair and engaging technical discussion is key to a successful interview process. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that, which raises concerns about the overall evaluation approach.
