I applied via email after seeing the job listing on Linkedin. I had the first call with HR, then a second video interview call with HR and the Senior International Business Development Manager. After this I had to do a home test, and then I had a final interview call with HR, th senior IBD manager and the Global Vice President Advertiser Sales where I had to present my home test. The test was challenging for me, and while the interviewers were very nice it was obvious that I wasn't perfect for the role. A week later I was informed of the rejection via email. Overall, the interview process was good and I feel like they made the right decision. During the home-test and the interview process, I too realised that I wouldn't be a good fit for this role.
