The LOM took me to lunch. It was a relaxed setting. The interview went great. They answered all my questions that I had. After that, they moved quickly to make me an offer.

Relaxed environment, willingness to share any feedback needed. Accommodating to anyone who has interest in the bank. I had a one on one interview, which they were flexible in the timing so it wouldn't interfere with my present employment and went out of their way to work with my schedule.
