I had two in-person interviews for the Loan Originator position with NBKC. My first interview was with my would-be Supervisor, and the 2nd interview was a panel interview. The interview was constructive & gave me a good idea of what daily life would look like in this role.
The interview process was quick and efficient and consisted of a phone interview with HR, a self recorded video interview, and two follow up interviews with the hiring manager. Overall the interview process was only a couple of weeks long.

Interview
The role was intended for someone to come in and own the front-end. The listing said their tech stack involves Angular but welcome anyone with React or Vue experience to apply. I have React experience so I double checked numerous times that my experience would be a good fit.
In my first interview with the hiring manager and a principal software engineer, I was asked numerous Angular questions. I even double checked with them that they knew my experience lied in React rather than Angular and they said they knew. It was an awkward and terrible experience.
