I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at nCino
Interview
Applied online, went through a phone screening, and then I was invited to interview on-site with them. The on-site interview consisted of a one-on-one interview, a panel interview, and then a final one-on-one. The entire time the staff and hiring managers were very accomodating and made the process stress-free.
Interview questions [1]

Asked questions about Salesforce, personal management challenges, and how I deal with problems.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at nCino (Lehi, UT) in Jan 2025
Interview
3 step process mainly around communication and industry knowledge. Communication with technical, non technical, stakeholders and other folks. There really isnt much more to it to add... Not sure why it needs 30 words but as long as you can provide the direct answers they are looking for it was fast and easy.

How I would talk with a technical audience on a business topic
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at nCino
Interview
Completed multiple interviews and assessments just to have the last interviewer have a dual monitor open and not look at me the whole time while he worked on another project. He even told me he was busy! Then got a generic email that I didn't get the role with no feedback.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at nCino
Interview
On the 4th interview there was a panel of interviewers. No one took the lead on the interview so it was very awkward for me. My advice for the company, don't do panel interviews with virtual meeting software. 5 different people in 5 different locations makes it impossible to succeed with an interview.

Question 1
During the panel interview there was a fake company you have to answer questions for. Only issue is they ask you to write things down but give you 5 seconds to actually write. So if they say "write down an example.........." don't. Just think of one.
