HR reached out directly on LinkedIn, message was great so I investigated company more and liked what I saw. Had a few phone screens and an on-site in Wilmington. 2.5 hour panel style interview and lunch with development director, loved what I heard. They were in midst on some changes to their agile process so they put the job on hold, open and honest about it. When they reopened the position they made me an offer but reluctantly had to decline based on family obligations. Love another opportunity when my kids are a little older and could relocate because everything was awesome!!!
