I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at n.io
Interview
First meeting with an Engineer was super informal, met at a starbucks and just talked about the position to see if it would be a good fit. In person interview had me meet with various people in various positions to get a good sense of who I'd be working with. Was a very good two way conversation, no whiteboarding involved and I never felt like I was being put on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at n.io (Denver, CO) in Apr 2016
Interview
Participated in a team meeting on new product development requirements for a specific market segment of interest. This included attendance by key customers and market experts.
Met with several members of the N.io team individually and then as a group to discuss market and product strategy. Met individually with the CEO on several occasions to discuss overall business strategy.

Interview
Initial interview was a series of narrow down questions via e-mail. From there had a one to one video interview with the CEO to discuss the company and position further. Had a follow up interview with additional founders in person after the interview with the CEO. Was slated to have a third interview onsite at their office headquarters.

Question 1
Really more of a good conversation than question answer, but one of their questions was what position would I hire immediately if brought onto the role. Hard to answer since I don't know their company but chatted through it.
