Very fast and efficient screening and interview process. I give kudos to the recruiter- follow up was timely and clear. All questions answered and a good overview of benefits described when discussing potential of an interview in order to give prospective employees an idea of total compensation going in. A couple of things that could use improvement, however and why I give this interview a negative rating. First, they knew my salary range and if the hiring decision maker didn't want to pay it, they should never have interviewed me. But maybe the decision was really based on somethng else, and that's the over-reaction by an executive to a question posed about the company's overall financials. If I'm working somewhere, I need to know volume of business, and I think its a fair ask. The hostile over reaction tells me maybe that's how that person reacts to tough questions overall. Not good for an executive. Seemed like this place had smart people, with good products. It will take some growing up in terms of professionalism in order to hire the best people mooving forward.
